ÖzdilekPark has LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certificate awarded by United States Green Buildings Council. LEED is an internationally accepted third party certification program evaluating design, construction and operation of green buildings.
LEED launched by US Green Buildings Council in 2000, examines and scores buildings with respect to sustainable land, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor living quality, innovation and local importance order.
Items evaluated under these headings are; promoting public transport and alternative transport systems, water saving and implementation of a series of methods for efficient use of water, design and selection of system for increasing energy efficiency, increasing indoor air quality and control, blocking and eliminating evaporative hazardous substances and cigarette smoke, and exploiting sunlight.
Respect to Environment, investment in the future...
Özdilek Center was designed as a construction in compliance with the LEED criteria, meeting these standards. The criteria related to maximum exploiting of sunlight, provision of high insulation values, sustainability of the land, use of recyclable materials, use of material for increasing the quality standards of living, use of efficient engineering systems ensuring optimization in consumption of water and energy are implemented in the project.
ÖzdilekPark offers great advantages to business operators thanks to these features. Provides significant saving opportunity in operational costs by providing possibilities to use resources efficiently.
Grey water, clean environment...
- ÖzdilekPark, contributing to environment by exploiting technologies, considers the environment as much as it considers you.
- Significant reduction in water consumption thanks to grey water recycling.
- ÖzdilekPark contributes to improvement of environmental awareness with use of resources efficiently and implementation of LEED green building criteria.
